Q. How do I purchase the product from your site?
A. We only accept cash transfer / deposit (CIMB bank, Public Bank, AM bank, Maybank ), and Cash On Delivery (Penang Island Only).
问：如何从您的网站购买产品？
答：我们接受现金转账/存款（CIMB bank, Public Bank, AM bank, Maybank ），面交（只限槟岛）。
Q. Do you ship products worldwide?
A. Currently we only cover Malaysia (Peninsular & East Malaysia).
问：你们能寄产品到全球吗？
答：目前我们只接受马来西亚以内的买家（半岛及东马）。
Q. Are the prices displayed included postal fees?
A. Prices displayed are not including postal fee, buyers have to pay the postal fee unless stated.
问：所有显示的价钱是否有包括邮寄费？
答：所有物品显示的价钱是没有包括邮寄费，买家必须负担一切的邮寄费除非另有注明。
Q. What is your site’s currency?
A. Since we only cover Malaysia, we only accept MYR - Malaysia Ringgit only.
问：你们网站用什么钱币交易？
答：由于我们只涵盖马来西亚，我们只接受马币-零吉(RM)交易。
Q. When can I receive my item(s) after I made the payment?
A. It will take 3 working days to reach you.
问：我付款之后什么时候可以收到呢？
答：一般付款之后，三天工作日内将收到。
Q. Could you ship the item first before make the payment?
A. Sorry, no. We do not ship first in any circumstances. We will send your items right away after we received your payment.
问：你能先寄货后我再进行付款吗？
答：对不起，不能。我们会立即寄出货物每当我们收到您的付款。
